By accessing or using TrustedRevu (the "Service") — accessible at trustedrevu.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrustedRevu is a review management platform that enables local businesses and agencies to collect, monitor, and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and others. The Service includes features such as automated review requests, experience filtering, private feedback collection, AI-assisted review replies, video testimonial collection, social media content generation, and website review widgets.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use TrustedRevu. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access TrustedRevu, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@trustedrevu.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Lifetime Access and Payment

TrustedRevu offers a one-time payment for lifetime access to the platform. Upon successful payment of the applicable fee:

• You receive perpetual access to the Service for the duration TrustedRevu operates;
• No additional subscription fees or renewal payments will be required;
• All future features and updates released during the platform's operation are included;
• Your access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh. By completing a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

TrustedRevu offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at info@trustedrevu.com and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrustedRevu to:

• Solicit, create, or publish fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews;
• Incentivize customers with compensation (cash, discounts, gifts) in exchange for positive reviews in a manner that violates platform policies (e.g., Google, Yelp);
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party review platform;
• Spam or send unsolicited communications in bulk;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, software, content, and trademarks, is owned by TrustedRevu and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Service.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within TrustedRevu (including review responses, campaign templates, and branding assets). By submitting content to the Service, you grant TrustedRevu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Integrations

TrustedRevu integrates with third-party review platforms and services (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. TrustedRevu is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policies, or availability that may affect the functionality of the Service. We will endeavor to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity with any third-party platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTEDREVU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or other users. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
